Andrzej Spurek was born in Warsaw (Poland) in 1980. He is a Civil Engineer who is specialised in: "Building and Civil Engineering Structures" and "Construction and Technology Management" at Warsaw University of Technology. He speaks Polish, English and Spanish.

During the academic year 2006 - 2007 he was working as a scholar in the Industrial Division of Madrid with the objective to improve his Spanish language abilities and attend Faculty of Architecture of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Departamento de Construcción y Tecnología Arquitectónica) in order to obtain Master Degree in "Project & Construction Management".
