Claudio Javier Barrientos Schneider was born in 1977 in Providencia (Santiago de Chile). He is civil engineer specialising in Roads and Public Works, with magnificent qualifications. In the 2004/5 academic year, financed by the SENER Foundation, he studied for a Masters Degree in Management of Infrastructure and Public Services in the CSG (the Ministry of Development’s Higher Management Centre), obtaining excellent marks. He is currently working in Madrid.
