The general skills of candidates for consideration are: Initiative, maturity, creativity, consistency in work, leadership, communication, teamwork capacity and responsibility in taking on professional challenges.
The specialities followed should be related with SENER?s different branches: architecture, aeronautical, civil, industrial and naval engineering, telecommunications, computer, physics, chemistry and exact sciences.
The candidates should be completing their last year of studies and to be in a position to attend post-graduate higher education courses in a country other than their native country, and to do so they shall be required to master any of the following languages: English, Spanish, French or German.
